Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Salt & Shore Therapy Group, we reserve dedicated time for each patient. Because appointments are scheduled in advance and time slots are limited, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee and are not refundable.

  • Exceptions may be made in emergencies or sudden illness, at the discretion of the therapist.

Refunds for Services

  • Once a therapy session has been completed, payments are non-refundable, as the service has already been provided.

  • Prepaid services (packages or deposits) are refundable only if therapy has not yet started and notice is provided at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.

Therapist Cancellations

  • If Salt & Shore Therapy Group must cancel a pre-paid session due to therapist illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you may:

    • Reschedule the session, or

    • Receive a credit applied to your account for a future appointment.

Billing Errors

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will review the concern and make corrections when appropriate.

Insurance / Reimbursement

If you submit receipts or superbills to insurance for reimbursement, the insurance company determines coverage. Salt & Shore Therapy Group does not guarantee reimbursement, and refunds are not issued based on insurance denial.
