Refund & Cancelation Policy
At Salt & Shore Therapy Group, we reserve dedicated time for each patient. Because appointments are scheduled in advance and time slots are limited, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:
Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee and are not refundable.

Exceptions may be made in emergencies or sudden illness, at the discretion of the therapist.
Refunds for Services

Once a therapy session has been completed, payments are non-refundable, as the service has already been provided.

Prepaid services (packages or deposits) are refundable only if therapy has not yet started and notice is provided at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
Therapist Cancellations

If Salt & Shore Therapy Group must cancel a pre-paid session due to therapist illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you may:

Reschedule the session, or
-
Receive a credit applied to your account for a future appointment.

Billing Errors
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We will review the concern and make corrections when appropriate.
Insurance / Reimbursement
If you submit receipts or superbills to insurance for reimbursement, the insurance company determines coverage. Salt & Shore Therapy Group does not guarantee reimbursement, and refunds are not issued based on insurance denial.
